About

Beautiful Optimistic Successful Sisters, BOSSisters was created to address 3 common issues that many women entrepreneurs face. Lack of knowledge, lack of support, and lack of opportunity. The mission is to provide networking and entrepreneurial support for women in business.

What does this mean? It means that we provide the tools and resources needed to generate success and this starts with having a #BOSSMindSet or a success mindset. Entrepreneurs think, invest, and have a distinct belief that allows them to generate ladders, open doors and create paths for others to follow. To do this, we build upon our mindset by implementing events, workshops, seminars, and outings to build upon our sisterhood and encourage success habits as a BOSS Model also known as a community role model.  

We enjoy being of service to our communities near or far using both in person and virtual interactions. We are seeking those that understand that you must invest in your personal development, create the habits that generate success and have an alliance with resources.

BOSSisters is both an educational and fun thriving organization that collaborates the efforts of success driven women to display and develop talent, gain experience, build upon morals and showcase etiquette. Networking opportunities allow for women of various ages and backgrounds to gain inspiration, enter a new network of people, promote products and services, and become a part of an organization that operates using 5 business sectors. The 5 sectors are BOSS Models, BOSSTalk, BOSS Outreach, BOSS Affiliates and BOSS Entertainment. Each of these 5 sectors work together to launch networking events, showcase and promote small businesses, support benevolent organizations, and encourage community support. Men are also welcomed and encouraged to support the mission and vision of BOSSisters.

Every woman that is interested in becoming part of a community that is all about supporting the success of others, gaining new skills, experiences, developing one\’s talents and meeting others with an entrepreneurial mindset, we welcome you to join our Facebook group.
